Body Weight Training, TRX and Battling Rope
Body Weight exercises are strength training exercises that do not require free weights. Your body weight provides the resistance for the movement. Movements such as the push-up, pull-up, squat and the sit-up are some of the more common body weight exercises.
TRX is a high performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight for the resistance.
Battling Ropes can be used by anyone regardless of their goals. Some of the basic movements you use with the rope develop equal strength, power endurance, dexterity and muscle control on each side of the body.
Circuit & Abs
Circuit Training is moving from one exercise to another, one set of each, with no rest. When you complete the prescribed number of exercises, that’s one circuit. Rest, then repeat.
Abdominal exercises, i.e. planks, side planks, ball crunches will be incorporated into the circuit.
